Refund Policy

The same rule as the Terms of Service.

Not started: you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not viewed the first question.
Started or finished: the test is not refundable once the first question has been viewed.

A pass that has not been used to open an exam follows the same 30-day rule. Email support@ustestingcenter.com with the receipt and the email used at checkout.
