US Testing Center is a private, independent test-preparation company. It is not a government agency, exam owner, licensing board, school, or official testing authority. Results are unofficial practice-test results.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the US Testing Center website and assessment services at ustestingcenter.com, operated by Advanced Learning Academy LLC ("ALA LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using any test, you agree to these Terms.

Test Validity

Each test purchase is valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase. After this period, your test session is permanently closed and can no longer be accessed or resumed. Results delivered before expiration remain available in your email.

Auto-Save & Answer Finality

Every answer you submit is saved immediately and permanently. You cannot change a submitted answer. This policy ensures the integrity of your assessment. Take your time with each question before submitting your response.

Refund Policy

Tests not yet started: A full refund is available within 30 days of purchase provided you have not begun (viewed the first question of) your test.
Tests in progress or completed: Once you have begun (viewed the first question of) a test, test access has been activated and all sales are final. The test is non-refundable regardless of how many questions you have answered.

Retests

Holders of a valid Result Verification ID from a completed mirrored preparation test may purchase a retest of the same test at exactly 50% of the then-current price for that test, with no rounding and no additional fees. Retests are available on an unlimited basis while you hold a valid Result Verification ID for a completed test. Each retest is a separate one-time purchase and provides its own results report and one (1) year of access.

Scoring

All scores are calculated using our proprietary scoring algorithms, developed over 30 years of puzzle and educational-content development. Scores are final and not subject to appeal. Different tests use different scoring methodologies appropriate to their subject matter.

One Test Per Purchase

Each purchase grants access to one complete test for one individual. Sharing your access credentials (email and resume code) with others is prohibited. If we detect unauthorized sharing, we reserve the right to close the test session without refund.

Intellectual Property

All test questions, scoring algorithms, methodologies, reports, and related content are the exclusive property of Advanced Learning Academy LLC. Reproduction, distribution, screenshots, or sharing of test content is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in legal action.

Trademarks & No Affiliation

All assessments offered by US Testing Center are independent mirrored preparation tests created using the ALA Mirror Method. They are independently developed preparation materials designed to mirror the structure, format, question count, and difficulty of real exams. They are NOT actual certification, licensure, or admissions examinations, and they contain no actual exam questions. Exam names (including but not limited to SAT, PSAT, ACT, AP, GRE, GMAT, LSAT, MCAT, TOEFL, IELTS, ASVAB, NCLEX, CPA, PMP, CISSP, Series 7, and Bar Exam/MBE) are trademarks of their respective owners (including the College Board, ETS, LSAC, AAMC, and others). US Testing Center and Advanced Learning Academy LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any of these organizations. Use of these names is solely for descriptive and comparative purposes to identify the exam each preparation test mirrors.

Disclaimer

Our assessments are designed for informational and educational purposes. They are not clinical assessments and should not be used as the sole basis for medical, legal, or employment decisions. While our tests are built with professional rigor, they are not substitutes for licensed professional evaluations where such evaluations are required.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALA LLC's total liability arising from your use of our services is limited to the purchase price of the test. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect availability. Your test validity period is not extended due to downtime.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Indiana.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
