These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the US Testing Center website and assessment services at ustestingcenter.com, operated by Advanced Learning Academy LLC ("ALA LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using any test, you agree to these Terms.
A single-test purchase is valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of purchase. After that, the session is closed. Results already sent remain in that email. An annual pass stays active while the Stripe subscription is paid, and it ends when the subscription ends. The Lifetime pass does not expire and does not renew. An exam started on the Lifetime pass stays open for 20 years, which is how that session is stored.
Every answer you submit is saved immediately and permanently. You cannot change a submitted answer. This policy ensures the integrity of your assessment. Take your time with each question before submitting your response.

A practice score places your percent correct on that exam's published number scale. Section numbers are the same kind of placement. A percentile, when shown, is a statistical placement of that practice number. It is not an official or equated score, and it does not predict your result on the real exam. The score for a submitted attempt is final.
A single-test purchase is one exam for one person, at the price on that exam's checkout page ($79 or $129). It includes that exam's questions, explanations, one free retake, and a practice report. Another retake after the free one is half price.
Language exams and IQ exams are included in All-Access. They are not included in the category passes above. Sharing the email and resume code is prohibited. If we detect sharing, we may close the session without a refund.
All test questions, scoring algorithms, methodologies, reports, and related content are the exclusive property of Advanced Learning Academy LLC. Reproduction, distribution, screenshots, or sharing of test content is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in legal action.
Our assessments are designed for informational and educational purposes. They are not clinical assessments and should not be used as the sole basis for medical, legal, or employment decisions. While our tests are built with professional rigor, they are not substitutes for licensed professional evaluations where such evaluations are required.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALA LLC's total liability arising from your use of our services is limited to the purchase price of the test. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect availability. Your test validity period is not extended due to downtime.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Indiana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
