US Testing Center ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Advanced Learning Academy LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website and testing services at ustestingcenter.com.
Information We Collect
- Contact information: Your name and email address, provided at checkout.
- Test responses: Your answers to assessment questions, along with timing data used for scoring.
- Payment information: Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers.
- Optional analytics data: If you consent, Google Analytics receives information such as pages visited, approximate location, browser type, device type, and interaction events.
We do not operate a separate first-party visitor-tracking beacon. Essential testing and checkout services function without analytics consent.
How We Use Your Information
- Deliver your test and calculate your results.
- Send purchase confirmation and results emails.
- Enable the auto-resume feature so you can return to an in-progress test.
- Improve our assessments and user experience through aggregate, anonymized analytics.
Data Storage
All data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 databases, Workers KV, and R2 storage), hosted in the United States. Cloudflare is a trusted infrastructure provider with SOC 2 Type II certification.
Data Retention
Test sessions and results are retained for 1 year from the date of purchase, after which they are automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe — Secure payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
- Mailgun — Transactional email delivery (purchase confirmations and test results).
- Google Analytics — Optional website analytics loaded only after you grant analytics consent. Google may process device, usage, and approximate-location information under its own privacy terms.
No Data Selling
We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.
Cookies & Local Storage
- localStorage: Used for session management and auto-resume functionality. This allows you to return to an in-progress test without losing your place.
- Google Analytics cookies: Disabled by default and enabled only after you select "Allow analytics." Your choice is stored locally in your browser and may be changed by clearing site data.
Your Rights
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise this right, email us at support@ustestingcenter.com with the email address associated with your test purchase. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, provides you with the following rights:
- Right to know: You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, and the purposes for collecting it.

- Performance of a contract: to deliver the tests you have purchased and provide the related results and access.
- Legitimate interests: to operate analytics and to maintain the security and integrity of our website and services.

You have the right to access your personal data, to request rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to our processing, and to data portability. Children's Privacy
Our tests are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
